Inspire IVF Public Company Limited was established on March 16, 2018, by a group of entrepreneurs and medical experts in reproductive medicine who recognized the potential and growth opportunities in the comprehensive fertility treatment business in Thailand. The company was founded under the leadership of Mr. Chanachai Joonjiraporn, a business expert in financial management and investment, Dr. Puttipong Poomsuwan, a businessman and expert in aesthetic medicine, and Dr. Santha Srisuparp, a specialist in reproductive medicine.

Inspire IVF offers comprehensive services, ranging from fertility treatment planning to personalized treatment options tailored to each individual. With a dedicated team of experienced professionals, every detail is carefully attended to, utilizing advanced reproductive technologies to increase the success rate of pregnancy for couples.

This includes services such as ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), which has been the company's key revenue driver from 2021 to 2023. ICSI contributed the largest share of revenue in this segment. Other related services, such as preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and fertility treatments, also supported the company's total revenue.

2. Anti-Aging Medicine Services

In 2023, the company launched anti-aging medicine services, focusing on holistic health care to restore body balance. This new service has steadily contributed to the company’s revenue growth.

The company provides comprehensive infertility treatment services adhering to international standards. These services can be divided into two main categories:

1. Infertility Treatment Services The company operates fertility centers serving both Thai and international patients facing infertility issues. With a team of experts in reproductive medicine and advanced embryology labs, the key services offered include:

1. ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)

2. Other related infertility treatments:

   • Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) Genetic testing of embryos before transfer.
   • Fertility Preservation Preserving fertility through various methods.
   • Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration/Testicular Sperm Extraction: PESA/TESE Direct sperm retrieval from the testicles.
   • Platelet – Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection of PRP into the uterus or ovaries.
   • Intra uterine Insemination (IUI) A procedure that involves placing sperm directly into the uterus to enhance pregnancy chances.

2. Anti-Aging Medicine Services Anti-aging medicine is a holistic approach to health care that focuses on in-depth physical examinations using advanced technology. This allows for cellular-level analysis to assess and evaluate an individual's health. The company offers personalized vitamin supplementation, aiming to restore health and balance the body's functions for optimal performance. The company provides two types of anti-aging medicine services:

1. Double Filtration Plasmapheresis (DFPP): This is a blood purification process that uses specially designed filters tailored to the patient's condition. The filters target and remove viruses, toxins, inflammatory agents, allergens, and cholesterol or triglyceride fats.
2. Vitamin Injections for Skin Rejuvenation and Hormone Boosting: This service includes vitamin injections that help boost hormones and balance the body, particularly for individuals facing infertility. Strengthening the body's cells through these treatments can significantly increase the chances of pregnancy. 

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) is a highly successful assisted reproductive technology, ideal for couples experiencing infertility due to both male and female factors, or in cases involving genetic disorders. The main steps in ICSI treatment are as follows:

1. Ovarian Stimulation

The process begins with an ultrasound and blood tests to assess the woman's egg count and hormone levels. The doctor will prescribe injectable medication to stimulate egg production for 10–12 days. During this time, the woman will undergo several follow-up appointments to monitor egg growth.

2. Egg Retrieval, Fertilization, and Embryo Culturing

Once the eggs have reached the appropriate size, the doctor will retrieve them, and sperm will be collected from the male partner. In a sterile laboratory, the eggs are fertilized by directly injecting the strongest sperm into each egg. The fertilized embryos are then cultured in a controlled environment until they reach the blastocyst stage, which occurs 5–6 days after egg retrieval.

3. Endometrial Preparation and Embryo Transfer

Before transferring the embryo, the doctor will administer medication to prepare the endometrial lining for embryo implantation. Embryo transfer can be done either in a fresh cycle or a frozen cycle, depending on the woman's health. Embryos can be cryopreserved for up to 20 years.

After the embryo transfer, the doctor will schedule a blood test to check for pregnancy. If the result is positive, the couple can proceed with regular prenatal care under an obstetrician.
