INSPIRE IVF Expands into Dubai Through JUMP+ Strategy, Supporting Thailand as a Global Medical Tourism Hub for IVF

Inspire IVF, or “IVF”, a leading premium comprehensive fertility treatment center (IVF Clinic) and Fertility Care provider in Asia, has announced a major strategic move to transform its business from a fertility treatment center into a fully integrated “Global Fertility Platform” at an international level.

The company aims to connect infertility patients from around the world through AI technology, Telemedicine, Digital Health Platforms, and international medical partnership networks to elevate Thailand into a global hub for IVF and Medical Tourism.

This transformation builds upon the company’s strategic vision through its participation in the JUMP+ program by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), which focuses on supporting listed companies in expanding their potential into new businesses (New S-Curve) across products, services, and global market expansion.

The company aims to combine High-Tech (AI & Digital Health) with High-Touch (international medical standards) to create a competitive advantage in the IVF industry and position Thailand as a future Medical Tourism hub.

Ms. Kesinee Kuldilok, Chief Executive Officer of Inspire IVF Public Company Limited (“IVF”), revealed:

“Inspire IVF is moving toward becoming a ‘Global Fertility Platform’ with the goal of building an international infrastructure for complete family creation through a platform that connects patients from around the world.

By integrating AI and Telemedicine technologies into treatment while maintaining consistent medical standards regardless of the patient’s location, this represents a transformation of the IVF business from competing at the clinic level into becoming a global player. We are ready to design new possibilities and new lives for families around the world.”

Key Strengths of Inspire IVF

One of Inspire IVF’s major competitive advantages is being the first IVF clinic in ASEAN to fully launch an IVF Telemedicine Platform, helping remove geographical barriers for international patients while maintaining global medical standards accredited by international organizations including:

  • AACI (United States) – International healthcare quality and patient safety accreditation
  • TEMOS (Germany) – International healthcare accreditation focusing on international patient care standards
  • ISO 9001 – International quality management system certification

The strongest evidence of treatment quality is the clinic’s success rate of 70–76%, which is comparable to leading international institutions and helps build confidence among patients worldwide.

Expanding into Dubai: A Strategic Global Hub

Most recently, Inspire IVF has expanded into Dubai, marking an important step in connecting patients from around the world.

The company has received approval from the United Arab Emirates government to establish a service center in the Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ), one of the world’s strategic economic free zones.

This expansion follows an Asset-Light Business Model, reducing fixed asset investment while enabling faster market access. Dubai will serve as a Strategic Global Hub connecting high-purchasing-power patients from the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, allowing them to receive advanced fertility treatment services in Thailand.

This strategy is expected to become an important mechanism for attracting foreign currency revenue and strengthening Thailand’s medical tourism economy.

Innovation and AI-Driven Fertility Treatment

Ms. Kesinee further explained that Inspire IVF continues to drive innovation by implementing AI-Assisted Embryo Selection Technology to improve embryo selection accuracy and increase pregnancy success rates.

The use of AI not only enhances medical efficiency but may also help reduce the number of treatment cycles required for patients.

In addition, the Telemedicine IVF Platform allows patients to plan their treatment remotely from their home countries before traveling to Thailand. The company is also exploring the application of intelligent robotic technology (Service Robot) to enhance patient experiences and improve operational efficiency in the future.

X-PANSE Framework: Building Sustainable Growth

Inspire IVF has established its growth foundation through the X-PANSE Framework, consisting of four key pillars:

X-Tech

Focusing on advanced AI innovation and technology development.

X-Health

Expanding healthcare services toward holistic health and preventive medicine.

X-Tourism

Developing an ecosystem to support seamless medical tourism experiences.

X-Capital

Building strategic partnerships and pursuing mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

The main goal of this strategy is to transform the company’s revenue structure from a Per Case service model into a sustainable business ecosystem with long-term recurring value.

Financial Growth and Scalable Business Model

Regarding financial strength, the company aims for average revenue growth of at least 20% annually during 2027–2028, with a targeted Net Profit Margin of 20%.

Strategic investment in technology and digital platforms will allow the company to expand rapidly through a Scalable Platform Model.

This approach is expected to improve profitability by reducing treatment costs per cycle and increasing service utilization without requiring large investments in physical expansion.

This will be a key factor driving sustainable long-term company growth.

Commitment to ESG and Sustainable Growth

“Inspire IVF places strong importance on sustainable growth under ESG principles. The company plans to increase the proportion of independent directors to 50% and aims to become a member of the Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) to strengthen transparency in operations.

We are also committed to enhancing cybersecurity systems and personal data protection to the highest standards.

We believe the future of IVF is not only about medical treatment, but about ‘designing lives’ and creating new possibilities for people around the world to build families sustainably and ethically,” Ms. Kesinee concluded.
