IVF, a Fertility Treatment Provider, Expands into the Middle East and Enhances Wellness Services

Inspire IVF Public Company Limited (“IVF”), a comprehensive fertility treatment provider, is moving forward with its growth strategy by offering up to 130 million IPO shares at THB 3.10 per share. The proceeds will be used to expand its branches into the Middle East and further develop its Wellness business. IVF is scheduled to begin trading on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) on December 11, 2024.

IVF operates a comprehensive fertility treatment center, providing services ranging from consultations and treatment planning to advanced assisted reproductive technologies designed to improve pregnancy success rates. The company currently reports a success rate of 76%, which is higher than the industry average of 46%. At present, IVF operates one branch located at Ploenchit Center in Bangkok.

IVF’s revenue structure consists of two main business segments. The core fertility treatment business contributes more than 90% of total revenue, while the remaining 10% comes from preventive and regenerative healthcare (Wellness) services. Current Wellness services include Double Filtration Plasmapheresis (DFPP) and vitamin therapy programs for skin health and hormone enhancement.

Ms. Kesinee Kuldilok, Chief Executive Officer of IVF, stated that the first portion of the IPO proceeds will be used for branch expansion, including one potential location in Thailand, which is currently under feasibility study, and one overseas branch, where the company is in discussions with potential partners in the Middle East region.

“We plan to expand into the Middle East by establishing a comprehensive fertility treatment clinic equipped with experienced medical teams and advanced technology. We selected this region because we see strong growth opportunities, with diverse populations and government support for fertility treatment expenses,” Ms. Kesinee said.

The second portion of the IPO proceeds will be invested in expanding IVF’s preventive and regenerative healthcare (Wellness) services. The company may develop these services independently or collaborate with potential strategic partners.

“Over the next 3-5 years, our business plan is to expand two additional branches, both domestically and internationally, while increasing our Wellness service offerings. However, our core business will remain fertility treatment. Our goal is to strengthen the IVF brand and increase recognition among customers in international markets,” the CEO added.
